The cozy kitchen always smells of butter, sugar, almond and cardamom.
Our pastries are still handmade using fresh ingredients, Shepherd's Grain Flour and a whole lot of butter. Our bakers have been trained using authentic recipes and methods from John Nielsen himself, passed down throughout the years.

We are a tip free business and our pricing reflects our commitment to paying our workers a fair wage and providing an excellent work environment. Our pricing also allows us to continue to source the best possible ingredients for our pastries.

Whole Kringle: Large pretzel shaped danish filled with almond paste, custard and raisins, topped with slivered almonds (feeds 6-12, $20)
Sweet Breads: Cardamom braid topped with crunchy cardamom sugar or fruit loaf with raisins baked inside ($7.25)
